En workshop om klimatförnekelse kommer att hållas av Laila Mendy, Doktorand i Naturresurser och hållbar utveckling från Uppsala Universitet på lättförståerlig engelska. Frågor och diskussioner hålls på svenska.

This workshop explores the different forms of climate change science denial that we encounter, where we might encounter them (online and offline), and what science suggests is the most effective way to combat it.

We will start off with a short talk to go through common forms of denial. We then move on to discuss who is more likely to deny climate change science and why. The final portion of the workshop is interactive, giving you the opportunity to explore ways to engage effectively in conversation with someone who denies, doubts, or hesitates when it comes to doing something about climate change.
